We are a popular Indian bakery based in Washington seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and snacks according to traditional recipes. Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking. Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner. Maintain inventory of baking supplies and place orders when needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones. Requirements Prior experience working as a Baker in an Indian bakery or restaurant. Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time. Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an asset. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
